Delivery Policy
Bedding Specialists is pleased to be able to offer FREE International delivery to over 35 countries on orders over $400, or a flat rate of $20.

Important notes:
– Delivery timeframes are subject to product availability. When selecting an item to purchase, please take note of any suggested shipping times.
– At present, Bella Donna fitted sheets in White, Off white and Grey ship today unless otherwise advised. All other coloured Bella Donna fitted sheets come ex Germany and Shipping may take from 12 weeks. Shipping times may vary due to Covid 19 delays in production and shipping.
– If any issues arise which means we are unable to meet these timeframes we will let you know as soon as possible.
– If you fail to receive your parcel within 7 days of dispatch, please notify us by emailsales@beddingspecialists.com. We will lodge a missing parcel claim for your item(s).
New Zealand Delivery
If the item that you are purchasing has a ‘SHIPS TODAY’ notice, please allow 3-5 working days following receipt of your payment for your purchase to arrive, for rural addresses please allow an additional 1-2 days.
If the item that you are purchasing has a ‘Shipping from 12 weeks. Shipping times may vary due to Covid 19 delays in production and shipping’ notice, this is because your item(s) are ex Germany. We will dispatch your item(s) as soon as they arrive to us.
Please note that deliveries will not be made to PO Box addresses, courier delivery only to full street addresses

International Delivery
If the item that you are purchasing has a ‘SHIPS TODAY’ notice, please allow 5-14 working days following receipt of your payment for your purchase to arrive.
If the item that you are purchasing has a ‘Shipping from 12 weeks. Shipping times may vary due to Covid 19 delays in production and shipping’ notice, this is because your item(s) are ex Germany. We will dispatch your item(s) as soon as they arrive to us.

International Economy Courier Delivery Exclusions:
– International Courier delivery is available to most locations throughout Australia, however, customers on the Australian Rural Delivery Postal route should allow an additional 3 working days for delivery.
– We reserve the right not to ship to some countries.
– International Courier delivery timescale is based on orders placed before 3pm (New Zealand time), for orders placed after 3pm please allow an additional day for delivery.
– Express International delivery is not available on public holidays.
