Returns and Exchange Policy

 

At Bedding Specialists we strive to build long-term relationships with each and every one of our customers. We can only accomplish our mission if you are happy with the products you buy from us. So, we’ve created a guarantee that takes any risk out of shopping with Bedding Specialists. We guarantee to refund your money or exchange any item that you aren’t 100% satisfied with, it’s that simple.

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you can return the item(s) to us for a refund or for an exchange within 30 days from the date the item(s) were dispatched.

To return an item for an exchange or refund please return your item(s) along with the bottom portion of your packing slip with the details completed, or a note attached with your details and if you would like to receive an exchange or a refund. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

Please be aware that returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging/labels attached and be accompanied by your proof of purchase.

We’ll do our best to ensure your exchange/refund is handled quickly. To ensure there are no delays in processing your exchange/refund please ensure that you complete the return slip on the packing slip or include your details with any returned item(s). Bedding Specialists is not able to accept responsibility if your returned item(s) are lost in transit, therefore, we recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.
